I STARTED BODY FOR LIFE, AND HAVE COMPLETED TWO WEEKS. YESTERDAY WAS MY FREE DAY AND BOY DID I GO WILD. WAS UP FOUR POUNDS THIS MORNING. BUT I ATE PANCAKES COOKIES REESE CUPS, BBQ PORK CHOPS, AND CABBAGE ROLLS, ALSO 2-2 LITRES OF POP REG. I DID GET MY WORK OUT IN. TODAY WAS THE 20 MINUTE AEROBIC SOLUTION DID IT ON RECUMBANT BIKE. I WILL DO MY WEDNESDAY ON TREADMILL. I STARTED THE PROGRAM ABOUT 6 YRS AGO BUT DID NOT COMPLETE IT. I AM GOING TO COMPLETE IT THIS TIME. I WAN TO SEE MY ABS. ALREADY STARTING TO SEE MORE MUSCLES DEVELOPING. I AM TAKING THE PHOSPHAGEN HP AND WILL FINISH MY FIRST CONTAINER IN A COUPLE DAYS. GOOD LUCK ALL WEEK 3 DAY 1 MIKE
