The exercise I get is basically 1-2 hrs. of tennis atleast three times a week. I also run for about 30 minutes on Saturday.
I know this seems like really little exercise compared to all those people who are going to the gym for like 2 hours, but do you think I need to exercise more??
It’s just that I have no time at all. I’m a freshman in high school, and theres just so must homework, and other activities I’m doing.
Please read this, and my other post, and tell me if I’m doing good or not!!! Thanks so much
