We listed the house in July but the tenant didn’t want anyone to see the house while he lived there; therefore, he had to move. He left at the end of August. Since then, we’ve had one utterly ridiculous offer: 65% of our asking price and they wanted us to carry the note. We couldn’t say “No” fast enough.
who would waste thier time offering you 65% of your house value, and then turn around and have you finance the whole thing. Guy must have been a few fries short of a happy meal!!! Good Job saying no way!!
