Reducing Stress 2 years ago

I have been very stressed out lately.
I think alot of it started at work.
I had to take a week sick leave because
my blood pressure got too high. I haven’t
done anything this week, just decompressed.
But, thinking about changing jobs has crossed my mind.

I’ve had to do this lately. Its OK. I think we live is such a tweaked culture nowdays that we’ve forgotten how to have fun more than work all the time. Life is too short.
