Lose Weight
I started out at 262lbs. My goal is to get down to 200lbs. I’ve tried a lot of diets, but what seems to be working the best is to eat less and excercise. I try to walk at least 30 minutes a day and my lady and I take a 20 mile (round trip) bicycle ride on the Silver Coment Trail every Sunday (before the NFL games start). We haven’t rode in a couple of weeks, so I know she’s going to kick my tail the next time we ride!!
