A question about this goal:
Hi, Im 5'10'' 180lbs and size 14 (uk) at the minute - what weight would I need to be to be a size 10?  — 8 months ago

I’m 5’7” and last Christmas I went down to a size 10 (weighing 140lbs) from being a size 14/16. I looked and felt awful. I was far too thin and was constantly tired. Now I’m 12/14 and keep a close eye on my weight. Ideally I would like to stay a size 12 and weight about 150lbs I think it also depends on what sort of build you are too. Some tall people can get away with being thin whilst others look anorexic! I think you would need to lose between 24 and 30lbs to be a size 10.

Thanks for replying! I know that some people look way too thin when they’re a size 10 at my height – my friends lost 42lbs from about the same weight and looked too thin, then she put on about a stone and looked normal again. I just wanted to get an idea of what I should be aiming for really, as I keep getting confused about my goal weight and thought that I should maybe aim for a clothing size instead. I’m shhoting for somewhere around 150lbs – 130lbs but if I do look too thin I’ll stop.
Thank you for your help!
