Hey, Laura! Funny thing, I used to write so much more when I was either in school or teaching. Having a built-in excuse to share makes it easier, I think, to make progress. I just signed up for NaNoWriMo and I’m hoping to draft a novel in November. I’m also in Bothell, so meeting weekly or bi-weekly is surely feasible for me.

I’m internationally-ignored writer Sky Callahan of Seattle’s Pioneer Square, a scribbler of both fiction and creative nonfiction, and I’d love to help establish a writer’s group—anywhere in the city or its environs.

I’m a member of the Richard Hugo House, and sometimes attend a writer’s group there—Mélange on Mondays, occurring on the first Monday of each month—but my schedule forces me to miss many of those meetings and I’d like to help establish a good backup.
