Well so far so good…This morning I had 500ml water and a glass of pumpkin mylk, and now drinking my way to another 500ml of water, thus pursuing my 2 litres of water a day quest.
For Lunch: A Spinach salad with Sunflower seed dressing.
And more water…
Had my Spinach/Arugula salad with Sunflower seed dressing,
5 yummy Dates,
500 ml Water,
and a Partridge in a pear tree.
Craving gave ins…
1 piece of Mozarella cheese…Oups!
To those who might read my posts, know that most of the entries in this section are mostly used as a Food/Diet Journal…It’s a little bit exibitionistic I agree but none the less it helps me keep track of my goal to a better and healthier me!
And later that day…
2 bowls of soup…it’s cold out!
Cottage cheese and cayenne Pepper (strange mixture but good!)
2 juicy sweet Tangerines…
More Water…
