I did things that ranged from washing with VERY cold water in a VERY cold bathroom (!) – WORTH DOING!!

To going to a concert by a friend that I wondered whether to go to or not… & meeting a composer friend after long months… & trying to write songs from music up, even if I’d never done it before & it usually goes the other way round for me & going for walks in absolutely ghastly weather… /Ahh, it’ll be my ‘terrifying thing of the day’ she shrugs her shoulders, & walks off… ;) big grin/
