i have a problem where i pull my lashes and brows out. i literally do it at least a little every day (even right this second). i need help growing my brows (AND ESPECIALLY LASHES) back! ive tried so hard for years but maybe one day i can just STOP! luckily ive gotten pretty good at makeup.
something that has actually helped me a little: i started a photo log of my progress. each monday, i take a picture of the area, with all makeup stripped away. knowing that i have to take that picture encourages me to refrain. try it! its only the third week i’ve been doing this, but i can see theyre growing! (i did do a little more than i should have today, but besides that i’ve done much better than usual)
