so i’m a guy…. 15 yrs old 5’8’’ 130 lbs…
and everyone tells me i’m wayy too skinny…
the problem is, i dont want to be muscular…
but no too skinny either
so i want to gain 10-15 lbs of like, fat.. really fast..
any tips??

hey yeah, i’m your same exact size and i’d like to gain about 10 lbs too…ive been told to eat a lot of protein. you could buy protein powder and make smoothies to add in between meals. or drink soda! i didnt drink soda before, but if you drink it like 5 x a week you’ll gain 1 lb in a month.

I recommend eating some tofu because it’s healthy and protein. Also, peanut butter has protein, fat, and its yummy. My brother is thin and athletic and tries to gain weight by drinking a lot of whole milk and hard-boiled eggs. Like he drinks a tall glass for breakfast and right before he goes to bed. You have to continuously eat and be stuffed. I gained about 6 pounds in 2 months in Honduras by over eating at every single meal!
