rented a house here for awhile and two dogs came with it! When the house was sold and she had to move, she could not take them with her, but she couldn’t just leave them behind not knowing if the new owners would care for them. She managed to find homes for both of them.

I’ve had generations of cats by now. (Not meaning that my cats have kittens, but that they grow old and die, and then new ones come along.) All of my cats after the first two were strays. I guess you could say that they came with the neighborhood. :)
