Take more night photos using a tripod
Tried some. 4 years ago

But I think I must get a cable release to do the really cool night shots. I tried to buy one yesterday but all the stores I went to were out. I guess I will have to order one from the web.

These shots are great!
Are you worried about motion blur? I think your shots look pretty sharp. Of course, if you don’t have a cable release handy you can use the timer on your camera so you don’t have shake from pressing the shutter release manually. That works for me.

I do use the timer-trick right now, but the reason I want a cable release is to be able to take exposures longer that 30 sec.
