Its been a month since I wrote down my intro and I’m well on my way. I found a website called SparkPeople. It helps track things such as diet and exercise. It has helped me especially with the eating part. So far in the one month Im down 16 pounds and I feel and look so much better. Hopefully I can keep this pace up and get below 300 by New Years. Good luck to everyone else that is just now starting.
