The more research I do the less I really want to be a homeowner. It’s a tremdous investment and responsibility that I’m not 100% sure that I want right now. I’ll still keep learning about the process and working at my debt so if I do decide it’s what I want I’ll be ready.

Just something to look into

You need to check out www.realtor.com.. Its free and it helped me find the houses that I wanted to see instead of waiting for a realtor to find something they thought I would like. Plus you can look it up by price range so your not looking at stuff you can’t afford. By the time we were ready we looked at a total of four houses.I am glad we didn’t wait any longer. Good luck.
