Ok Morning Routine is as follows
- Get up (will be 6am eventually based on what I have read on www.stevepavlina.com)
- Make my bed
- Check calander/diary
- Write To Do list
- Supplements & light breakfast
- Fill Water Bottles
- Exercise (either gym, run, treadmill, video etc)
- Top up breakfast if needed
- Put on load of washing
- Shower
- Swish ‘n Swipe
- Dress for SUCCESS
- Read a Non-Fiction Book and reflect on it
- 43Things, Bebo, NZD, Emails etc
- Get started working on developing my Neways business.
I CAN DO THIS!!!!!!!!! I Have faith in myself and my abilities.
I will write this on a LARGE piece of paper and put it beside my bed. Going to do this NOW.
