Right, I’ve joined an online diet thing, I need to take advantage of the peruvian summer before it gets all cold and grey again.

The plan is:
  • Eat cereals with yogurt or milk plus a piece of fruit for breakfast
  • Eat normally at lunch, i.e. 3 course meal, but no deep-fried stuff. Choose the salad for starters and leave one of the feculents on the plate.
  • Dinner should be veggies, preferable ready made. Or it can be fruits. This is the one meal I’m gonna change.
Treats:
  • Coffee morning and afternoon if I feel like it
  • A square of dark chocolate in the evening (need to bring some form Belgium!!)
Exercise:
  • Get a bike to ride at w-e with my boyfriend
  • Start running again.
