Right, I’ve joined an online diet thing, I need to take advantage of the peruvian summer before it gets all cold and grey again.
The plan is:- Eat cereals with yogurt or milk plus a piece of fruit for breakfast
- Eat normally at lunch, i.e. 3 course meal, but no deep-fried stuff. Choose the salad for starters and leave one of the feculents on the plate.
- Dinner should be veggies, preferable ready made. Or it can be fruits. This is the one meal I’m gonna change.
- Coffee morning and afternoon if I feel like it
- A square of dark chocolate in the evening (need to bring some form Belgium!!)
- Get a bike to ride at w-e with my boyfriend
- Start running again.
