Week 5

Ok. I’ve really stretched out the Couch to 5K program because I am so out of shape. I guess I’ve done it now for about 4 to 5 months. I ran week 5 last night , and I could do it. No problem. Only thing is I am sick and after running I was really really tired, and I haven’t quite recovered. But I’m still planning to run tomorrow.
