I became very frustrated today while in PetSmart trying to buy bedding, food bowls, and toys for two dogs I’m getting tomorrow. I couldn’t find a single toy or bedding product that was not made in China. The minute I got home I wrote a letter to PetSmart. I’ll be doing this every time I can’t find products I want. The stores can’t know how you feel if you don’t tell them.

B&N
Same thing happened to me yesterday while shopping at Barnes & Noble for Christmas gifts. I left without buying anything.
misleading packaging is systematic
i’ll buy south korean , japan ,tiawan ,phillipines india and perhaps indonesia as reasonably ethical asian places , since europe and north america has all but abandoned electronic goods manufacturing. china is at the very bottom in every regard to ethics
it’s frustrating to shopping endlessly
for things NOT MADE IN CHINA .
i must have looked at 60 models of 22” lcd monitors and finally found an LG box marked
“made in korea” , paid about 10% more than for a equivalent chinese model , only to discover at home the monitor itself has a “made in china”marking! >this means only the packaging is made in korea .
the only way we can influence china’s tragic future is for the west to stop buying their crap .
if only obama would single out china instead of
trying to cut trade with everyone (including his best neighbor -canada), we would have a chance
to successfully rid our planet of another brutal communistic government . if there is anything i hate more than cruelty to animals and slavery
is police state soviet mentality .
i love the chinese people , how else can we peacefully free them?
