I’m thinking that this goal can be combined with my yoga goal. In theory, I could get up and do a yoga session right away. The whole getting up part is tricky (the yoga hasn’t been going very well either). I think I need something to motivate me to get out of bed in the morning, but I don’t know what that could be. I can’t think of much that competes with sleeping in. Additionally, I need to be in bed at a reasonable hour. It’s nearly 3 a.m., and I’m still up…

Thanks for your comments…I’ve just looked at some of your goals, and they are incredibly well organized. It’s a bit inspiring, I must say.
Your point about making it a gradual process is excellent. I might give it a try.
