Do at least one hundred abdominals every day for a week. (read all 26 entries…)
Ah drat, I broke the continuity. Saturday flake, me.

The only abdominal activity I had Saturday was thanks to my lad’s insistance that I play “Stump the dump” which means I lift him up using my legs and feet, and allow him to balance upright on my hands as I lay on my back. It involves some coordination on both our parts, and gets a lot of fun and laughter. He loves gymnastic games!
