This is a work in progress but I am saying this is done because I have learned “how to” be less anxious. First, find out what makes you anxious. Then figure out strategies to combat it. For instance, I like to watch true crime shows…but they make me anxious if I watch too many. But if I watch 1 or 2 I am okay. So now I limit it. Another thing that makes me anxious is driving in winter. What did I do? I got snow tires, NOT all seasons, SNOW, and brand new brakes. I drive slow and don’t go out unless I have to if it is bad. I also have found a wonderful mechanic who works with me (another anxiety). So you’ll never not have anxiety, but you can work on making it less or at least controlled.
