Couch to 5k running program

I really increased my exercise in 2007, and it was amazing. But I always said I couldn’t be a runner because I have knee problems. However, I see so many people doing running and 5ks and being so healthy, I thought I would give it a try. I will be following the plan from the CoolRunning site: http://www.coolrunning.com/engine/2/2_3/181.shtml

Who knows? Maybe by the end of 2008 I’ll be a runner!

Thank you for the support! I’ve always made excuses for not running…I’m tired of making excuses! I’m ready to get on to living life!
