It seems to take me a while to get “settled” into a new town and to layer on the things that enrich my life. It took over a year to get back into music, but I played with a Brazilian group in the fall and will again in the spring. Our semester concert was a lot of fun, but more important was taking time each week to play and dance and sing. I’ve been invited to play with a local group, but they are quite good and I’m not sure I’m up to it. We’ll see about that, but I will keep playing and singing!
