Overall I am, but with added daily stresses, not quite the same as in that entry. I’m slowly working my way out of it. I posted a quote today that hit home. It said, “Pain is inevitable, suffering is optional”.
Some things happen that are out of our control, but to sit in unhappiness and not do something to change it is where I am. I have some decisions to make that I know will get me right where I need to be. I was too down for so long that I actually felt frozen with pain and fear. I was literally unable to move forward, so getting past that was a huge step, now I just have to make a few more steps, even baby steps, just something – because I want more than anything to just be happy, completely happy.
