the wedding went well, the bridesmaid dress was cute even though i’d not really lost any weight over the summer.
that’s ok. by the return from our seattle trip i’d gained all the weight i lost earlier this year back, plus about 6 lbs.
since the trip i’ve lost those new lbs and we have started once again to walk almost daily, and to do crunches and arm exercises. Also trying to eat a bit better. normal food, lite snacks, things with 3g fiber or more.
body is responding.
also, walking appears to help my general anxiety, which is very nice.
so, i would like to reach this goal of 15lbs off by the end of this year. (or even a few more, but we’ll see)
at the very least, the exercise will help me feel more even.
