get a corgi (read all 2 entries…)
peer pressure 2 years ago

a friend of ours got a corgi a few months ago, and we just met this little bundle of happiness and energy recently.

while i was squealing all over and playing with mr. little-doggie-no-legs, dave decided that i was right (again!) and that a corgi would be an excellent addition to our family. all we need is a house and yard now. :)

We have a breeding pair! Well, I have the bitch and my brother in law has the male! They’ll be breeding in about a year! They’re Pembrokes.

Good luck in your corgi quest! They are the best dogs, seriously.

augh! i am so envious! a friend of mine called me last week to tell me that her neighbour’s corgi is an expectant mom-to-be. i was so bummed out that we’re not in a position to be dog parents at the moment.

thanks for the comment and the well-wishings! i totally agree—i’ve spent a lot of time with corgis, which is why i’m so smitten with them. they are SUCH darlings and have personalities ten times their size.

and good luck with your delivery! i hope your gal has an easy pregnancy and birth!
