get my BMI into the healthy range

My excuse is that I forgot about it  — 7 months ago

Setting a goal date seemed like a good, motivating tactic way back when, but I have since completely neglected the diet. And the exercise.

The result is that, unless I manage to lose between seven and eight pounds per day for the next six days, this goal simply isn’t going to happen. And frankly, I don’t think that kind of weight loss is healthy. Or physically possible.

I will have to set myself a new date.
