My friends and I had a such a great time on Christmas Eve – researching recipes, planning the menu, preparing the food…and then eating it all with delicious wine to go with it, that I want to organize a monthly (or so) dinner with the 3 of us and our significant others where we alternate hosts and courses and pair wines.
