Megan loves music...It's really the best.
It’s so hard! I’m starting to progress a little because I am catching myself saying it instead of just not thinking and saying it in almost every sentence. I’ve found it helps if you slow down and think a little before you say something (another one of my goals!)
ok now i’m going to try to do this too! sometimes I say “like”, though, because it softens whatever I have to say, you know? If i’m answering something in class and I don’t want to sound too cocky or smart, I say “like” so it sounds as if i’m humble and not sure of the answer lol. so i don’t know if i’ll fully give this up when class starts again… :)

haha yeah, I say like a lot too when I am trying to explain something and I can’t find the word…I just fill in with “like” in stead of “um” lol It’s just habit I guess.
