I was 250 lbs at the start of 2007. I’ve managed to get down to 210lbs in the last five months. I’d like to get to 175lbs.

How’d you lose the 40?
I got an exercise bike, and rode it all the time when I was watching tv. I drank lots of water (I love putting frozen fruit in the water!)
I also started dancing like a maniac in my living room when no one else was home, and that really did wonders.
On top of all the working out, and eating better (no more junk food in the house), I wasn’t feeling so depressed anymore, and I think that was really the key thing. Being happy made me want to dance and be healthy.
But if I could give anyone 1 tip, it would be dancing… like a mainiac :)
