achieve my goal weight
It's a new year, time for a new start 23 months ago

So I’ve been doing Weight Watchers for some time now, and I’ve lost a lot of weight, but I need to lose more. I have an approximate goal weight set, and I figure I need to lose about 46 lbs more. I figure if I can lose an average of 1 lb/week, I can hit my goal weight by the end of the year.
