eat more fish

I know it’s good for me, but I just can’t get over the taste. Ironically, the only fish I will eat is tuna (which most people seem to hate). Right now, most of my Omega-3’s are coming from ground flaxseed and fish oil capsules.

If I knew of a certain fish that doesn’t taste fishy, or had some recipes for hiding the fishy taste, I might be inclined to eat more.

try swordfish

get a nice swordfish steak, it’s not too strong and is almost like eating something that has NOT come from out of the sea. i think deep-sea fish are generally not as strong tasting.

swordfish has high mercury levels...

so you don’t want to eat too much of it. My partner who doesn’t like fish claims that freshly caught freshwater fish (like trout) doesn’t have the dreaded fishy taste. He also agrees that swordfish is edible, not too fishy, but we hardly ever eat it anymore because of the mercury.
