My roommate and i have decided to drag each other to the gym again. We took a fitness class last spring and just having to go twice a week to get that grade motivated me and in turn i felt stronger and healthier all semester. Lately I’ve lost that drive, so we are trying to get back to going again, hopefully a few times a week after classes and work end, yet before i come home. I know it’s going to be hard to get back into it especially since we live a lot further from the gym, but we’ll see how it goes.
