After I wrote a song called ‘Independent Woman’ & wrote article/blog ideas on Independence (& all 7 levels of it – or whatever) I got a flare-up of my back problems which made me unable to get up from bed alone.

What would Freud say?

PS On a happier note, I got to my Doc today & am getting Xrayed & blood-tested, so I’ll hopefully know what the problem is, so I can work on it & improve. So maybe that flare-up was actually useful!! Here’s an idea to contemplate!!
