I’ve realized that by gossiping I have put myself at odds with one too many people in our office.
I’ve also been overly negative. I think that if I have been overly negative about the lack of support and a positive structure for growth. ...I wonder if people will think about this more recent negative me from here on our.. or will they think of the non-negative, non-gossiping person that I thought I was (and that I swear I was less than a year ago).
