Tidying Zone
Have you seen the flylady website about this? I do this tidying zone thing too, but a bit differently than you. I’m in one of four different zones per month. I don’t do daily types of cleaning when I’m doing the 15 min extra cleaning. I do other stuff that needs to be done, albeit not daily, like scrubbing the wall or dusting inside of cabinets. You might be interested in this link. I use a printed out version of Printable Detailed Cleaning Lists for zones 1-5 (pdf link on pg bottom) to make sure I’ve caught everything. http://flylady.org/pages/FlightPlan.asp

I have a question
I noticed there are gaps in the zone.
For example, the kitchen zone ends on the 11th, and we’re not supposed to start the bathroom until Jan 14th.
Does FlyLady allow for breaks?
Dates and Schedules on Flylady
I’m not exactly sure. I just use her master list now. I’ve never followed what she says to the letter. She mentions something about adapting the routine to your own particular needs. (For example, I usually don’t have time to clean up in the morning, so I clean the bathroom, kitchen, etc in the evening. )
Maybe the date misnomer was a typo, maybe not. I just usually go with a zone per week.
