My other email address…alas, it’s become a safe haven for junk mail but I can’t get rid of it. I’ve been obsessed with David Bowie since the first time I saw “The Labyrinth”. I have every CD and am starting to collect magazines and his films. I would give ANYTHING to meet him, sit down and talk with him. What would I say? I have no idea. This man has been an inspiration to me to be who I am and love myself for it. His ability to transform himself on a regular basis and perform all genres of rock and succeed in it is rediculously amazing. Damn Iman for taking him!

Question. Every album you say you have. That means you have Buddha of Suburbia. Did you get it before they stopped it’s production? I’m just curious becuase the stopped making them and their expensive now. If you got it after they stopped prodiction i wonder what was the cost and where can i get it cheaper than $40 becuase so far thats the best deal ive seen. lol.

LadyGrinningSoul, I’m happy to find someone who’s as passionate about db as I am. I just looked at your profile. I did see him in concert here in stl last year. IT WAS AMAZING. I seriously was tearing up when I left b/c I didn’t reach my goal of meeting him.
I bought Buddha of Suburbia a few years ago when they re-released a lot of his albums. Like I said though, I have all the CDs – not actual vinyl. If that’s what you’re looking for I can’t believe you can’t find it. I can burn you a copy and send it to you…while I know that isn’t the point it could hold you over for a while? I’ve got some great old db from his BBC recording sessions, live in Japan and his Deram Anthology which is friggin awesome (66-68) too.

OMIGOSH!

Anything would do. I would appriciate it if you burned a copy and sent it to me. They stopped its production all together as in vinyl and cd which i just found out a couple days ago. So if you wouldnt mind, I would love a copy of it.
By the way, I’m also very glad to meet you becuase around here no one ever seems to know what I’m talking about when i mention him so it’s nice to know someone on the same page as me. I’m slowly but surely building my Bowie collection. It took me a while to figure out how much i really liked him.
I’m sure your gonna need my adress and all but is it possible i can email it to you or something. I’d rather not have it floating around. I can trust your not a crazy rapist right? lol.

Thank you very much for you genrosity but I just did some resaerch and i ended up ordering it for $8!! But thank you so much for the help. It just bothered me that i couldnt find it so i really looked and there it was…for 8 bucks. But i still will forever appreciate help from a fellow Bowie fan. We are, I think, the nicest breed of people!
