Great night life, Great food, High paying jobs, very progressive in bio-tech, technologically savy, Clean and historical.
Winters are by far and away the worst part. The way the wind-chill comes off the water will make you want to leave. Although with global warming this may change.
People are rude. non debatable.

On my first trip to Boston, I was told by the man I was there to visit that I was absolutely NOT to make eye contact with anyone on the T. What a way to live!
My mother-in-law lives just south of Boston, and I’m always amazed by the rudeness of people when we visit her. I don’t expect it to get any better because the kids are just as bad. Once I said, “Excuse me.” after bumping a child in a store, and she looked at me like I had lost my mind. I don’t think it’s exclusive to Boston though. We can tell when we’ve reached the northeast by the way people act. Once we were aggressively run out of our lane on the interstate in Hartford, CT by a car with a government tag with the license plate number “2”! We can only assume that the lieutenant governor was suffering from some road rage.
