I did two things that terrified me today: went to do the blood test ;) LOL & went to see the doctor!!

I rewarded myself with ‘free afternoon’ for internet, & Sis was supportive of this!! ;))

So in 2 weeks I’ll go for back/neck Xray & that terrifies me too… But hopefully all will go well… I do try to live & eat healthy otherwise, so that should count too, no? & my back & neck really need to get fixed proper… (I’m thinking of maybe going to see a chiropractic once a diagnose is set, but I’m terrified of that too… ;))

More things to practice my resilience & courage on!! ;))
