1 – a standing evening/time is chosen (i.e. 2nd Tuesday of the month at 7pm)
2 – one person picks and communicates the recipe, alternating monthly, at least 2 weeks prior to date night
3 – all cooking, including prep work, begins at the appointed time and continues as much in unison as possible
4 – wine or some other suitable beverage will be drunk
5 – photos shall be taken
6 – tasting is allowed but dining shall not commence until both parties have finished
7 – the meal shall occur concurrently, with ample discussion that may include, but is certainly not limited to the meal at hand
