I have done this treatment 3x now. It’s amazing. I have left it on for at least 30 minutes and just rinsed it afterwards, and conditioned. My hair is already so much stronger it’s not tangling or breaking like it was before this.

My friend who told me about this says that this will add strength but I need to also do something for elasticity. I will chat with her more to see what she recommends.
