focus on my measurements rather than my weight (read all 7 entries…)

hot stuff  — 7 months ago

It´s funny I was convinced that I would put on weight over Christmas – ie I stopped exercising regularly when I left Greenland (29.11.07) and increased my alcohol intake considerably (lots of parties and also much much much much much cheaper in other countries), as well as just general overeating because it was Christmas although I tried to watch myself.

The latest stats?
Since I started measuring all the way back in August I´ve lost 20,5 cm about 1/3 of what I would like to lose.

I have lost 3 cm on my bust (this is fine with me! I don´t want to lose much here!), 7 on my waist and 5 on my hips, which is keeping me on track for an hourglass figure.

Right now my ratios are
Hip to waist : 0.77 (I want to get to 0.7)
Bust to waist : 1.343 (I want to get to 1.5)
Bust to hip : (1.02) (anything more than 1 is fine)

I weighed myself a bit, and I know you can´t compare when the scales are different. So if I think back to November 06 the last time I use these scales, then I think I´ve lost about 5kg. But most important is the measurements!
