i’ve been a vegetarian for about 14 years now, due to taste reasons (not health/moral/religious ones), so without any real compulsion to eat meat, it’s been easy for me. definitely gets easier & easier as good non-meat food is available at restaurants & markets… although there are some regions in the world that still don’t grasp the concept of vegetarianism, and i don’t travel there anymore.
