loose 15 pounds

I had a baby, and now he is two years old. I gained 54 pounds during pregnancy and only lost 30 when he was born. I have been struggling with the other 20 ever since, and now I find myself gaining again. I want to loose at least 15 pounds to feel good about myself and look good in normal clothes. My boyfriend proposed to me on christmas eve and so the pressure to loose the weight is deffinately on!! In 9 months I want to fit my dress!!!!

Any suggestions??! =]

spend more time with that cutie pie. go walking in the park, play tag or football,walk him to playgroup and just get moving.
also a big part that mothers find is that snacking off the kiddies plate leads to weight gain. its okay to throw food away(or you cud get a dog to give left overs to and walk: 2birds, one stone?).
maybe start a yoga dvd in the mornings to give you more energy.
