But I know they would be great if they were more disciplined. Today I took Pearl and Lila for a walk downtown and my god I damn near broke a sweat just keeping them next to me. They were sniffing everywhere and getting at each other. Whoo! A lady passed us and her dog stayed right by her side…the ease of walking she had with her dogs unnerved me! I wanted that. And I wondered how she got to the point she’s at as I battled with my 2 beasts. Anyway, I simply refused to spend $90 an hour for training at Petsmart/Petco whatever. I dunno maybe it’s worth the invenstment?

You sound like me
I just keep procrastinating. I know my beasts can be better too. I think my problem is time and consistency. I have books and I have videos and they are good. I won’t pay to have them trained either because I tried this once and it was a costly nothing. So why do I keep procrastinating when I have all the information I need to do this right in my home. Time is all I can think of. I’m making a goal of working with the dogs – it’s what I know I need to do. I’m no one to give advice about dog training I just want to tell you all the info you need is at your finger tips. (library, internet). Now how do we start doing it?:) Good luck to you (and to me)kt
