Same here, Wy. My antipode seems to be in the southern Indian Ocean, nearly midway between Cape Town, Africa and Perth, Australia.

I was thinking that your antipode probably seems to be in approximately the same point as mine.

That goes to show you that although we may seem to be a long ways apart, if you look at the big picture, we really aren’t that far away from each other :)

most of my bestest friends are at the other side of the world .. creates great excuses to travel!!

nup, nothing wrong with the formatting b, its just that this thread started life as a simple question that i asked of ruby .. then all of a sudden its snowballed into lots of fun comments about intrepid swimathons and how close we all really are in the big wide world

dont you just love it when you head off in one direction and it turns into something else totally unexpected :o)

antipodean? .. i guess its a word you just learn while living ‘downunder’ lol!!
still waiting to hear from little ruby, it was her goal ‘participate in a photo challenge’ and i just thought it would be kind of a neat idea for the two of us to have one together.

it would be ultra fab if you guys joined in too .. a kind of critical mass of a photo challenge!!
