...the season has started with a vengeance.

Today I am preparing the zucchini for relish, and there will probably be more than enough to freeze and make a slice with.

and that is only TODAY!!

... a sweet/sour combination. The recipe has a lot of spices plus vinegar and sugar..

I've never had...

...zucchini relish, but it sounds (and looks) wonderful!

Oh, Des...

.. it is really delicious. I have even had family members take it back home on the plane with them :o)

Absolutely beautiful with salads and in sandwiches…..

Looking forward to the recipe

With zucchinis going down in price each week at the markets (currently $1.20 per kilo) and next weekend being a long weekend here, a zucchini relish recipe would be useful.
