I don’t follow ALL the things you can track on that site… and I don’t want to spend a big chunk of time doing it all, but I think I am doing a good job at doing what I want and need to do to lose the weight.
I track my food – not super accurate, but enough to get a good idea. I don’t do those meal plans, but I use them as a guideline – like breakfast should be one protein, two grains and a fruit.
I keep track of my weight but not my measurements. I may start doing that. I also just log in my gym minutes. I don’t separate it out from cardio or strength training. I mostly just do the treadmill. Perhaps if or when I decide to do fancier stuff, I’ll separate it all out.
So I’m doing well. I haven’t tested it “on the road” yet. And considering I screwed up and didn’t check anything over the holidays, I will count this done when I can go travelling or to parties and still keep track of it all.
