This was easy, easier than I thought. You just get a mdf wreath frame and then wrap fake flower vines around it. Then you use a glue gun to glue extra flowers and leaves to places that look bare. To finish it off, you can add ribbons or other trinkets, and then hang it on the door. Voila!
